The upgrade of the bronze medal wheels at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, now with the new hub EVO 4 SP. With the difficult goal of improving the multi-award winning Carbon Team wheels, Prototype’s technical development team raised the bar again by making the wheels even more responsive with the new 30mm wide asymmetric, hookless full carbon and tubeless ready rim. These wheels were tested by BH’s factory team at the UCI World Cup for a season to optimize all wheel characteristics.

These are some EVO4 SP strengths, the new Straight Pull spoke systems have increased stiffness in 9% and consistency of the new Carbon Team version, further enhanced with the redesigned freehub system that can transfer greater pedaling power, resulting in a more direct transmission of power. Oversized bearings increase smooth and long-lasting operation maintain lightness, rigidity and durability.
